How the baler works

The packing object is basically in the middle of the packer. First, the right top body rises, compresses the front end of the belt, tightens and binds the belt on the object, then the left top body rises, compresses the appropriate position of the lower belt, the heating plate extends into the middle of the two belts, the middle top knife rises, cuts off the belt, and finally puts the next binding belt to the position to complete a work cycle. A packer is a machine that uses a packing belt to wind a product or package, and then tightens and melts both ends through thermal effects or uses materials such as buckles to connect them. The function of the packer is to make the plastic belt cling to the surface of the strapped package, so as to ensure that the package will not be scattered in the transportation and storage due to the loose binding, and at the same time, it should be tied neatly and beautifully.
