If the connection is reversed, you can see by checking the direction of the motor, and adjust the neutral wire to solve the problem. If the power is not enough, check whether the voltage is stable, and check whether the motor is aging. If the voltage is too low, the system pressure will be too low. This can be solved by installing a voltage stabilizer or replacing the motor. The hydraulic system has serious oil leakage. It is necessary to check whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic pipeline of the aluminum chip briquetting machine.
This can be solved by replacing the pipeline sealing ring and the cylinder sealing ring. If the oil level in the oil tank is too low, the hydraulic pump cannot suck enough hydraulic oil, and there is no pressure. This can be clearly seen by checking the oil level gauge. If you encounter this problem, you can solve this problem as long as you add enough hydraulic oil. The hydraulic valve block is blocked or malfunctions, making the hydraulic valve unable to work normally. At this time, we need to check the hydraulic valve block. You can remove the valve block and install it after cleaning.
If there is still no pressure, it is likely to be a hydraulic valve. The block is broken, and a new hydraulic valve block needs to be replaced.
