The main function of each component:

3. Safe operation and maintenance

①The operating procedures and maintenance rules and regulations should be formulated according to the characteristics of commonly used balers, woodworking workshops, materials to be packaged, staff conditions, and work shifts.

② Operators can only operate after learning and training, mastering the equipment structure, performance, operating procedures and maintenance rules and regulations.

③Before the work of the facility, check whether there are any materials in the packaged materials that may affect the safety of the equipment and the safety of the staff, and the facility can be opened to work if it is correct.

④ The hydraulic oil in the fuel tank must be filtered through strict requirements and kept in sufficient quantity. People should be added first when checking for defects frequently to prevent the gasoline pump from being emptied.

⑤Every lubrication point should be checked daily, and lubrication should be done according to the condition of the facility.

⑥ The hydraulic oil should be cleaned or replaced once every six months.

⑦Oil leakage or other abnormal phenomena occur, stop immediately, analyze the root cause to find the mechanical failure, and prohibit operation with diseases.

⑧ The overhaul and adjustment of facilities must be carried out by trained and experienced staff.

⑨It is forbidden to carry out maintenance during the whole process of packing. All parts of the body are forbidden to touch the moving parts of the equipment, and it is forbidden to press the material of the bin with hands or feet.

⑩Clean up the dirt in the material bin after work every day, maintain the facilities, and keep the equipment clean and tidy. The place should be cleaned and free of debris.
