According to the test, the temperature of the hydraulic system is generally within the range of 60-80°, and the temperature should not exceed 100°. Thermal deformation of waste paper packaging mechanical parts causes the thermal expansion coefficients of different moving parts in the hydraulic components to get stuck due to their small matching gaps, causing action failure, affecting the transmission accuracy of the hydraulic system, and deteriorating the quality of parts.
Reduce lubricating oil viscosity and increase leakage. The volumetric efficiency of the pump and the efficiency of the entire system will be greatly reduced. As the viscosity of the oil decreases, the oil film of the sliding valve and other moving parts becomes thinner and thinner, and the friction resistance increases, resulting in (producing, contributing to) wear (a basic type of component failure) intensified.
The waste paper presses the rubber seal to deform, accelerate the aging failure, reduce the sealing performance and service life, and cause leakage.
Accelerate oil oxidation and deterioration, precipitate asphalt materials, and reduce the service life of hydraulic oil. The sediment blocked the orifice and the gap valve, making the pressure valve stuck and dead, and the metal pipe was bent or even broken.
