⑴ Host (see the schematic diagram of the host structure): It is composed of the fuselage, the main pressure cylinder, the side pressure cylinder, the door cover cylinder, and the overturning cylinder.

① Body: It consists of base, left and right side frames, front frame, door cover, main cylinder support, door beam, main pressure head, side pressure head, etc. The rear part of the left and right side frames is used to install the door cover cylinder. The front frame is welded to the front end of the base, and there is a lock head cover on it, which is used to lock the lock head on the door cover so that the door cover does not float up. The lock sleeve is installed in the lock sleeve to facilitate replacement after wear. The door cover is mainly used to pre-press the material and form a closed compression chamber of the material box. The pin shaft is hinged in the pin sleeve at the rear of the left and right side frames. Under the action of the door cover cylinder, it rotates about 90° around this axis to complete Closing and opening. The main pressure oil cylinder and the side pressure oil cylinder are respectively fixed by the steel support of the main cylinder support, and the tail is dragged by the auxiliary support to adjust the axis of the oil cylinder to be parallel to the base. The left and right side frames, front frame, base, door cover, main pressure head, side pressure head and overturning plate constitute a material box (compression chamber). The interior wall of the compression chamber is equipped with a lining plate, and its surface is carburized and quenched to improve its Wear resistance, easy to repair and replace after wear.

② Main pressure oil cylinder: The main pressure oil cylinder is installed on the main cylinder support of the side frame by using the front flange. The piston rod and the indenter are connected with screws for ultimate compression, so that the material initially formed in the compression chamber will eventually form a block.

    ③ Side pressure cylinder: The side pressure cylinder is installed at the lower part of the door beam, and is hinged with two half pin shafts in the support holes at the rear of the left and right side frames of the fuselage. The piston rod and the indenter are connected by screws for secondary compression. The material in the compression chamber is initially formed.

④ Door cover cylinder: The door cover cylinder is hinged to the door beam of the fuselage with two pins, the piston rod and the slider on the door cover are connected with a pin, and the door cover is opened and closed by the forward and backward movement of the piston rod action.

⑤ Jacking cylinder: The jacking cylinder is fixed on the outside of the front frame to complete the hand-holding action.

Each of the above cylinders is a single-piston rod double-acting cylinder. The cylinder is equipped with a piston. The piston is equipped with a wear-resistant two-way seal ring, which forms two oil chambers in the cylinder. When the high-pressure oil acts on the seal ring, the seal ring The two wings are tightly attached to the piston and the cylinder wall to ensure that the two oil chambers do not communicate with each other. The cylinder port is also provided with a guide sleeve for the support, guidance and sealing of the piston rod.
